A MESSAGE FROM OUR GLOBAL HEAD OF SOCIAL IMPACT

Supporting our local communities has been a part of the DNA of the MSG Family of Companies (“MSG”) since The Garden first opened its doors in 1879. Over our 145-year history, our commitment has grown to support the needs of all the communities in which we operate. During that time, our remarkable team has been committed to supporting young people in underserved communities, giving back to families in need and doing our part to improve the environment. This report highlights the reach of our community engagement and social impact work, which has positively impacted the lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals and surpassed $100 million to date. One of the most exciting events in the history of MSG was the opening of Sphere™ in Las Vegas in September 2023. Sphere is not only redefining live entertainment, but also has connected us to the vibrant and growing communities in the greater-Las Vegas area. In 2024, just after opening, Sphere launched the inaugural XO Student Design Challenge, which provided more than 100,000 Clark County-based students with an opportunity to create art for Sphere’s exterior – the Exosphere. Winning students not only had their art showcased on the Exosphere, but also earned generous scholarships or donations to their school’s art program from Sphere. Building upon our legacy of community engagement, we also launched a program that has brought 5,000 low-income Nevada students from local public schools and non-profits to enjoy a free showing of The Sphere Experience™ – Sphere’s signature immersive content category. This program will grow to serve 10,000 students annually. Further developing new opportunities for individuals of all abilities to experience the joy of live entertainment, in 2023, we invited families to our first-ever sensory friendly performance of the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes at Radio City Music Hall, in partnership with TDF (the Theatre Development Fund). Moreover, in 2024, MSG opened sensory rooms at both Madison Square Garden and Sphere.

We also increased our community engagement to record levels with MSG Sports’ Jr. Knicks and Junior Rangers programs, which has brought the joy of basketball and ice hockey to over 485,000 young people across the New York metropolitan area. And, in FY24, we expanded our partnerships with key local institutions such as the New York City Public School system and the YMCA network, enabling more young people to engage in programs such as our Science of Basketball STEM initiative and our Saturday Night Lights program, which provides a safe space for youth after dark. MSG has also made measurable progress in our sustainability efforts. This includes Sphere announcing a 25-year partnership with NV Energy that, subject to regulatory approval, will target 70% solar power and renewable energy. Moreover, across all of our venues, we continue to reduce single use plastics and partner with leaders in the sustainability field to lower our carbon footprint. Our social impact work would not be possible without an inspiring team of dedicated colleagues who, in addition to their day-to-day work creating unforgettable experiences for our fans and guests, give even more of themselves to support their local communities. We take immense pride in our shared accomplishments and the impact we’ve had in the communities we serve, while remaining mindful of the important work ahead. THE GARDEN OF DREAMS FOUNDATION

EDUCATION Since 2015, GDF has awarded nearly $6 million in educational grants to approximately 150 deserving students affiliated with its 30 partner organizations as part of its Inspire Scholarship program. These scholarships benefit approximately 15 high school seniors annually and provide up to $60,000 per student for college or trade school. • In FY23 and FY24, 70 young people received $1.6 million in scholarship funding • In partnership with the Knicks, GDF launched the annual Willis Reed Inspire Scholarship as part of HBCU (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) night in which a scholarship is provided to a first- year student attending an HBCU

The main focus of our philanthropy across MSG is the Garden of Dreams Foundation (GDF), a 501c3 nonprofit charity established in 2006 to bring life-changing opportunities to young people in need through three core pillars – community projects, education, and inspiration and joy. GDF is committed to helping young people facing obstacles including illness, financial challenges, or the death or injury of a family member in uniform experience lasting joy and build successful futures. Since its inception, GDF has impacted more than 440,000 young people and their families and donated over $81 million in grants, scholarships, tickets, and experiences both to young people and to local partner organizations that better the lives of youth in our communities.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS GDF’s mentorship work is rooted in its Career Pathways programs, including MSG Classroom and MSG4Me, that introduce young people from our community-based organization partners to a wide array of careers in sports, entertainment and media. • Founded in 2007, MSG Classroom is an Emmy Award-winning educational program that teaches young people the inner workings of the sports television industry through a mentorship initiative at MSG Networks

Together, these two GDF programs have engaged approximately 700 students since 2007. INSPIRATION & JOY GDF is uniquely positioned to provide young people in our local communities with life-changing, one-of-a-kind experiences that enrich their lives, provide a foundation for their future, and create lasting joy and unforgettable memories. NEW YORK KNICKS Young people are the future of our communities which is why most of our Knicks community programming is free of charge. The Knicks support every kind of player, regardless of their socioeconomic status, gender, or ability every day through skills clinics, camps and leagues. THE SWEETWATER CLIFTON CITY SPIRIT AWARD The Sweetwater Clifton City Spirit Award, named after Nathaniel “Sweetwater” Clifton, the first Black player on the Knicks, honors local heroes and nonprofit community leaders who have impacted the lives of others. Recipients are recognized at The Garden and presented with a personalized jersey and a $10,000 donation to the charity they represent. 2024 recipients included organizations like the NAACP, Veterans Rebuilding Life, and Grow Our Game. COURT REFURBISHMENTS The Knicks are committed to making the game of basketball more accessible, which is why court refurbishments are a major part of their programming. For example, in 2024, Homes for the Homeless received $175,000 for its new outdoor court.

PRIDE BASKETBALL LEAGUE NYC The Knicks continue to partner with Pride Basketball League NYC, New York’s first official basketball league for the LGBTQIA+ Community, by donating court space at Chelsea Piers, providing jerseys and organizing events such as the Saturday division playoffs in June 2023.

PLAYERS & ALUMNI IN THE COMMUNITY

Each season our Knicks players and alumni dedicate their time and energy to causes that are important to them. In May 2023, Knicks’ Captain Jalen Brunson was awarded Covenant House’s Beacon of Hope Award in recognition of his work, uplifting the voices of young people overcoming homelessness and supporting initiatives such as the Holiday Gift Drive Campaign. In April 2023, John Starks was honored with the GDF Hero Award for his ongoing dedication to positively impact young people facing obstacles, while serving as a driving force and inspiration to others.

KNICKS The Jr. Knicks program offers athletics and community engagement opportunities for youth who may not have access to sports facilities, equipment, and programs to play basketball and develop teamwork skills. • Engaged approximately 150,000 youth across 350 sites in the tri-state area annually since 2016

PARTNERSHIP HIGHLIGHTS In partnership with New York City Public Schools and Science of Sport, a nonprofit dedicated to enhancing STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education, the Knicks Science of Basketball program provides hands-on STEM curricula to elementary and middle school teachers, using sports examples to enhance classroom learning. Approximately 5,000 low-income students were positively impacted by this program in FY24. In partnership with the YMCA and New York City’s Department of Youth and Community Development, the Jr. Knicks host Saturday Night Lights (SNL) basketball clinics at 13 YMCA branches, which enables the YMCA to keep branches in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island open on Saturday nights year-round, providing a safe space for young people to engage in sports training and programming.

PM PEDIATRIC CARE CLINIC SERIES

To promote a healthy lifestyle, the PM Pediatric Care Jr. Knicks series expands the Jr. Knicks programs across the tri-state area giving over 30,000 young people the opportunity to play the game and hosted 40 marquee clinics with local partners. Young people learn the game from Jr. Knicks basketball clinicians, receive Knicks merchandise, and meet Knicks alumni and influencers.

NEW YORK RANGERS Supporting youth in local communities and making hockey more accessible to anyone regardless of socioeconomic status, race or gender is at the heart of the Rangers community programming. Every year, the Rangers support communities throughout the New York metropolitan area with clinics, camps, donations, key partnerships and revitalization of community and recreational facilities. COMMUNITY CAPTAIN AWARD The Community Captain Award honors local heroes who have significantly impacted the lives of others. Community Captain Award recipients are recognized during a home game at The Garden and are presented with a personalized jersey and a $10,000 donation to the charity they represent. In 2024, recipients included The New Jersey Institute

for Social Justice, The LGBT Network, West Point Junior Black Knights Hockey, and the Renaissance Economic Development Corporation. RINK REFURBISHMENTS The Rangers have prioritized bringing ice hockey and streetball rinks to underserved communities, upgrading existing spaces to expand access to the sport. • In 2023, donated $218,000 to the Stanley Isaacs Playground Street Hockey Rink Refurbishment in Manhattan • In 2023, partnered with Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club in the Bronx and donated $100,000 to upgrade locker rooms and changing facilities at the only ice rink in the Bronx • In 2022, partnered with the Town of Pawling, NY to donate $124,000 for streetball rink refurbishment

Sled Hockey

Since 2012, the Rangers and the Wheelchair Sports Federation have partnered to provide adults and children with disabilities the opportunity to play ice hockey as part of the New York Rangers Sled Hockey Teams.

PLAYERS & ALUMNI IN THE COMMUNITY

The Rangers have supported the Henrik Lundqvist Foundation since its inception in 2014, including its Young Ambassadors program which empowers young people to make a difference in the world. JUNIOR RANGERS Youth who do not have access to hockey equipment face barriers to entry that the Junior Rangers are working to minimize through programming and donations. The Junior Rangers increase participation in youth sports by inspiring young people, improving accessibility, and engaging underserved and underrepresented communities, while building lifelong relationships with youth hockey families and the New York Rangers. • In FY23, the Rangers provided over $200,000 in Ball Hockey equipment donations to local public schools in New York City, Staten Island, Hopewell Junction, and Yonkers

Alongside GDF and Northwell Health, the Rangers proudly partner with Hockey Fights Cancer, an NHL initiative that unites the hockey community in support of cancer patients, their families, caregivers, and support systems. Through their 30-year partnership with the Ronald McDonald House of New York, the NY Rangers also hosted the annual Skate with the Greats event, featuring prominent alumni supporting children with critical illnesses and their families in their time of need. In May 2024, Rangers’ Captain Jacob Trouba was the first Rangers Player to be honored with the Mark Messier NHL Leadership Award for his leadership qualities demonstrated during the season, as well as his leading role in the community growing the game of hockey.

community rink partners and includes rental skates, equipment, and a free Rangers hockey stick. • The 1st Try Hockey for Free field trip program was launched during the 2022-2023 season whereby the Rangers engaged over 3,500 students from the North Rockland School District • The 2nd annual program was held during the 2023-2024 season and the Rangers engaged over 3,000 students from the Norwalk Public School District

LEARN TO PLAY Learn to Play introduces hockey to young people who may not have the opportunity to play, including equipment donations and scholarships to cover hockey camp. With over 60 community rink partnerships, the Junior Rangers program donates equipment, hosts players at Junior Rangers Summer Camp and works with the rinks to secure opportunities to play at The Garden. • In FY23 and FY24, the Junior Rangers donated over 7,500 sets of hockey equipment to first time players in the tristate area, valued at approximately $2 million

Together, Everybody Achieves More (T.E.A.M.) Hockey, which provides young people with brand new equipment, on- ice instruction, and off-ice work in the classroom at no cost. Since 2022, the program has expanded to four locations and includes partners such as Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club in the Bronx, New Haven Police Athletic League (PAL) Youth Hockey in New Haven, CT, and Ice Hockey in Harlem in New York. The Junior Rangers have been a longstanding supporter of the world-renowned Ice Hockey in Harlem (IHIH) organization with charitable contributions, access to ice time, and opportunities to attend Rangers games throughout the season. RADIO CITY ROCKETTES

COMMUNITY PARTNER PERFORMANCES The Rockettes Community Partner Performances program, which began in 2022, makes commercial dance more accessible for aspiring young dancers at every socio-economic level across New York City. The program provides student dancers with the opportunity to perform at Radio City Music Hall as the opening act for the Christmas Spectacular and includes dance training and mentorship by the Rockettes. In 2023, the program hosted more than 100 student dancers from Harlem School of the Arts and Bronx-based Dewitt Clinton High School.

Through these partnerships, the Rockettes provide programming support, introduce staff and students to the unique world of precision dance, and actively recruit promising dancers. ROCKETTES CONSERVATORY Rockettes Conservatory is held at Radio City Music Hall each summer and focuses on precision choreography supported by a strong technical foundation, and strength and stamina training. As part of Conservatory, participating dancers receive instruction in various dance styles from renowned choreographers and acclaimed New York City dance organizations. In addition to becoming the main talent pipeline for future Rockettes, Conservatory ensures the dance company continues to evolve by attracting the best dancers from all backgrounds.

To ensure that the Rockettes line showcases greater diversity and that dancers from all backgrounds see themselves represented, the dance company works to provide education and training opportunities through a robust dancer development program – including the no-fee Rockettes Conservatory – and by establishing strong partnerships with diverse dance organizations like The Ailey School, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Harlem School of the Arts, and International Association of Blacks in Dance (IABD).

ANNUAL CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR TOY DRIVE

In 2024, recruitment efforts expanded to the HBCU dance network, which includes a partnership with the HBCU Auxiliary and Dance Directors’ Association, and with regional recruitment programs in major cities including Boston and Philadelphia. The Rockettes also partner with New York City Public Schools (NYCPS) to bring free dance programs throughout the five boroughs, including citywide professional development training to public school dance teachers.

Each November, the Christmas Spectacular Toy Drive collects and distributes hundreds of toys for the local community. All items are donated to the NYC Department of Homeless Services and GDF’s pediatric hospital partners.

DANCER EDUCATION

In 2023, the Rockettes began a first-of-its-kind partnership with Boston Conservatory at Berklee to offer the first-ever college- level Rockettes Precision Dance Technique course. The for-credit course was taught by a current Rockette and focused on their signature precision style while incorporating strength training and choreography that informs the traditional Rockettes repertoire.

MSG CARES IMPACT BY THE NUMBERS

MSG CARES MSG Cares launched in 2019 to offer our employees year-round opportunities to give back to their communities. This includes our Volunteer Time Off program for employees to donate their time to non-profit organizations they care about, as well as our Corporate Match program which allows employees to double the impact of their charitable giving with MSG’s support. We are proud of the charitable engagements of our colleagues across MSG. CHARITABLE GIVING MSG also makes charitable contributions to nonprofit organizations directly impacting our local communities. Additionally, the MSG Relief Fund, established in 2020, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to provide direct

financial assistance to MSG employees for a variety of needs, including health care, housing, food, and other necessities. The fund has distributed nearly $2.5 million to approximately 1,200 employees.

CIVIC & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT Civic engagement has been a longstanding element of MSG’s community efforts. MSG Votes MSG extended our “Take it to the Vote” campaign, focused on civic engagement and educating our employees on upcoming elections, voter registration deadlines, and paid time off to volunteer as poll workers. Our partnerships with the NBA and the NHL complement our voting-related initiatives as no games were scheduled on national election days in November 2023 or 2024.

XO STUDENT DESIGN CHALLENGE

In addition to having their work displayed on the Exosphere, winning CCSD high school and UNLV students received a $10,000 educational scholarship from Sphere. Winning CCSD elementary and middle school students earned a $10,000 donation from Sphere for their school’s art program to further art education in public schools, along with complimentary tickets for their entire school to attend The Sphere Experience.

SPHERE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT A partnership with the Clark County School District (CCSD) was launched in Fall 2024, that will bring over 10,000 students to Sphere annually for The Sphere Experience.

In 2024, Sphere launched the inaugural XO Student Design Challenge, which invited more than 100,000 Clark County, Nevada- based students, to create art for the Exosphere, Sphere’s LED exterior. The Challenge represents a first-of- its-kind community collaboration between Sphere, the Clark County School District (CCSD), and University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).

designed to be fully accessible, including for wheelchair users, accommodating individuals of all abilities and ages. • In Spring 2024, The Garden opened the Aaron and Samantha Judge Sensory Room in partnership with KultureCity for guests with sensory processing needs • Sphere’s two sensory rooms were integrated into the design of the building and have been available to guests since the venue’s opening in September 2023 Sensory Friendly Performances In Fall 2023, the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes hosted its first-ever sensory-friendly performance. The performance, which began a now ongoing collaboration between the Christmas Spectacular and TDF, provided guests with sensory needs with an opportunity to enjoy the Christmas Spectacular in a sensory-friendly and accepting environment.

Mental health is extremely important for our employee wellbeing, which is why the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to all employees, with program services including up to six free professional counseling sessions per issue per year and access to TalkSpace online therapy and the ABLETo program, an eight-week therapy and coaching course. In the continued effort to support the needs of a diverse workforce, a partnership with Maven began in January 2023, providing employees with family planning benefits. Maven offers expert reproductive and family health virtual support at every step of one’s family journey – including fertility, adoption, surrogacy, and newborn care.
